At The Bookmark, we want you to love your style as much as a classic novel, so we offer free returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe reflects your unique story with a perfect fit and complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
